…in a position that averages 90 days from posting to hire.
…with no HR staff and a marketing team of two.
I’m sure there’s no shortage of hiring managers who’ve been in similar situations. Sure, the idea of getting all the people we’re looking for on board as soon as possible would be fantastic! But the current labor market mixed with generational demands, cultural needs, new hire expectations, and short staffing in HR departments, often makes these kinds of challenges feats.
So what were us marketers to do? The only thing we know… market!
